Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. All subscription payments on ZESTAY are non-refundable.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made towards ZESTAY subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Downgrading to a lower plan or the free plan
- Dissatisfaction with features or functionality
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
We strongly recommend that you evaluate the platform thoroughly using our Free Plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have full access to all paid features until the subscription expires.
- After expiry, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan.
- Your data (hotels, bookings, guests, etc.) will be retained and accessible on the Free Plan, subject to feature limitations.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days on a cancelled subscription.
3. How to Cancel

Please include your registered email address and hotel name in the cancellation request. Cancellations are processed within 24–48 hours of receiving your request.
4. Free Plan
ZESTAY offers a Free Plan with limited features. The Free Plan does not require any payment and can be used indefinitely. No cancellation is needed for the Free Plan.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly (e.g., a technical error causing a duplicate charge), please contact us at contact@zestay.in within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and take appropriate action.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
