ZESTAY is a 100% digital, cloud-based software service. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
1. Nature of Service
ZESTAY is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for hotel property management. Our service is delivered entirely online through a web browser. There are no physical products, shipments, or deliveries involved in any ZESTAY transaction.
2. Service Activation
Upon registration, your ZESTAY account is activated instantly:
- Free Plan: Activated immediately upon completing registration and email verification (if enabled). You can start setting up your hotel, rooms, and bookings right away.
- Paid Plans: Activated immediately upon successful payment processing through Razorpay. All premium features become available within seconds of payment confirmation.
3. Service Availability
- ZESTAY is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through any modern web browser.
- The service is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure and is available globally.
- Occasional scheduled maintenance windows may occur, during which the service may be temporarily unavailable. We make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
4. Access Requirements
To access ZESTAY, you need:
- A device with a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- A stable internet connection
- A valid email address for account registration
ZESTAY does not require any software installation, downloads, or special hardware.
5. Subscription Delivery
When you upgrade to a paid subscription:
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.
- A payment confirmation is recorded in your account.
- Premium features are unlocked immediately.
- No physical invoice, CD, license key, or hardware token is shipped.
